We collect your full name, date of birth, phone number, email and residential address. This information is used to verify your identity, comply with local regulation where applicable, and ensure we can process your deposits and withdrawals securely via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.
Withdrawal timing depends on your chosen payment method. DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers typically complete within minutes of verification. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. You can see the expected timeframe for your method in the withdrawal form.
You can update your phone number and email address at any time through Settings > Account Details. Changes to your name or date of birth require identity verification. Contact our support team to arrange verification; your account balance and access remain unchanged during this process.
When you close your account, your balance is returned to your registered payment method. Your personal data is retained for the period required by applicable local law, then securely deleted. You can request a data export or full deletion by contacting our support team.
All deposits are processed through encrypted channels and verified against your registered account. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details are never stored in plain text. Each deposit is recorded with a timestamp and confirmation code visible in your transaction history.
Log into your account and navigate to Settings > Transactions to review the entry. If you believe it is incorrect, contact our support team immediately with the transaction ID and timestamp. We will investigate and take action within one business day.
We share your information only with payment processors needed to complete your deposits and withdrawals, and where required by applicable local law. We do not sell your data. Your identity details and payment information are kept separate and encrypted.
